My name is Ilija, and I manage bookings and communication for our apartment building. We are a family owned holiday rental business, running for almost 20 years now! Starting first in cafe and beach bar management around the beautiful Boka bay, we have transitioned to accommodation rental business in 2007., and since then we are devoted to constantly provide our guests with their perfect holiday experience in Montenegro! As for myself, I am very proactive with my time - I am an electrical engineer, I enjoy exercising, exploring nature and traveling, which provides me with valuable insight for travelers needs.

Our property is situated in Muo, a small settlement which lies on the shore of Kotor Bay and just 25 minutes on foot from Kotor old town. Peaceful and idyllic neighbourhood is ideal for rest and relaxation, while still being close to town center and hub of all activities!

Kotor is a unique coastal town with recorded history stretching all the way back to ancient Greek and Roman times. While material evidences of these earliest times are scarce today, medieval monuments and buildings, primarily from Venetian and Austro-hungarian era are remarkably well preserved up to this day, making Kotor virtually a paradise for sightseeing and history lovers. Nature lovers definitely don't want to skip this area either, primarily owing to the uniqueness of Boka Bay (the only fjord in this part of Europe), and to many hiking paths in the surrounding hills which often lead to abandoned Austro-hungarian forts conveniently situated on hilltops. Finally, it's definitely worth mentioning exciting boat and speedboat tours that can help you uncover all the hidden jewels of the bay, reachable only by the sea – „Blue“ cave, submarine tunnels, Perast islands. Kotor is a true international hub during the summer season. Nightlife is active, especially in the city nucleus – The Old Town. Medieval historical environment in combination with many restaurants, pubs, bars and „Maximus“ – the biggest night club in Montenegro, guarantee a unique nightlife experience. Regarding the immediate vicinity, our neighbourhood is called Muo. It's a peaceful seaside residential area, which was known for its expert fishermen in the past. Nowadays, Muo is very popular for holiday rental - it's on the less busy, western side of Kotor bay and it's still quite close to city center - 2.2km away or about 25 minutes walking.
