Welcome! Apartment “I Love Njivice” is situated in a family house on a private beach, with a beautiful the gorgeous panoramic view to Herceg Novi and Boka Kotorska Bay. The glass doors leading to the terrace (6 m2) that connects the two rooms, with AC, provide an unobstructed sea & mountain view from either of two rooms. The largest room’s space, is shared between the kitchen, a dining area, and queen size bed. The kitchen has its own small balcony.The smaller room has full and twin-size bed, and TV. Spacious bathroom, WC and additional toilet, are great! In front of the separate entrance of the apartment, there is a terrace faces the garden. Our stony beach, with shower and free sun beds, and pier are, at foot of house, just a couple of flights of stairs from the apartment. It is a grate place for swimming and reading in shade of tamaris trees. Pebble beaches within a few minutes walk. Children love Njivice!

Hello! We are a family from Belgrade, Serbia. We built our family vacation house in Njivice, Montenegro, a small and quiet village a few miles from Herceg Novi. Our children spend every summer here, since they were babies. Now they are busy with their own carriers and my husband (pediatric neurosurgeon) and me (jurist), are retired and can finally spend all year in Njivice, so we opened the villa ‘I Love Njivice’ to tourists, from June to September. Our grandchildren enjoys with us in our ‘Place with Soul’! We are friendly people and we love Njivice! Welcome!

Njivice is situated at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska bay, the most beautiful gulf of the Mediterranean and the southernmost fjord in the world. Cratered by a natural composition of bays and gorges, the bay belongs to the Adriatic Sea and has pure and clear water. Many beaches, including a nearby nudist beach, are ideal for swimming, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, and other sports. This location has the greatest number of sunny days in the Adriatic. Across the bay from Njivice are the towns Herceg Novi and Igalo. Herceg Novi is more than 600 years old and has numerous fortresses, palaces, and churches. Igalo is famous for the Institut Igalo, a well known Mediterranean-themed health spa. Both towns have numerous restaurants and night-clubs. Since Njivice is located by the bay, the sea is calmer and also a few degrees warmer than the open sea. Outside the bay there is an old forte on the Island Mamula that’s surrounded by cool, crystal-clear water and several beaches and restaurants in Dobrec, Zanjice and Miriste and famous Blue Cave. We are ideal location, base for visiting, nearby, Dubrovnik, Cavtat (Croatia) and Boka Kotorska Bay, Perast, Kotor, Cetinje, Durmitor.
