Enjoy the luxury of a contemporary villa 245m2 with infinity pool, the authentic and gorgeous sceneries of Montenegro combined with the ultra level of the 1st European 6* hotel resort One & Only at close distance. This villa is equipped with a design kitchen, Gaggenau appliances, Italian wardrobes, Technogym, interior design with items from Cassina, Jan des Bouvrie, Vitra Eames and finished with modern collected art. We can assure this will be your start of a marvellous and exquisite holiday! THE SPACE The villa is on private property and is built in an old olive grove of 400 years old against the mountain slope of the village Podi, close to the vibrant art city Herceg Novi. At an altitude of 250 meters, you get sea view to the entrance of the Kotor Boka bay. A spectacular bay view will cherish your day with on your right hand the mountain slope of Croatia and the left side the mountain slope of Montenegro. Just gorgeous! From the villa you can enjoy the peace and quietness and all luxury gadgets you may expect from a modern contemporary villa, like Bang & Olufsen hifi, 82" TV and smart-home automation. Premium beds, salt-water pool, jacuzzi, BBQ egg etcetera.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is on a gated private property against the mountain slope of the village Podi, close to the vibrant art city Herceg Novi and close to the Dubrovnik airport (or even Tivat airport). The nearest marina is at a 5 minutes drive to Lazure Marina Hotel. GUEST ACCESS Only you and your guests have full access to the entire villa. The villa is on a gated private area where a few other villas are located which is entirely secured with cameras and alarm system. Absolute privacy is ensured. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE If you would like to get any services during your stay, like a breakfast, an organised diner prepared on a slow-cooking BBQ egg with a prime steak or fresh fish, a day trip e.g. please ask our private buttler on your request. Halfway through the week the house will be cleaned and the towels will be changed. The villa is located on an area that is under development. Therefore the gated road to the villa is prepared but can only be driven by low velocity. Nevertheless, your stay at the villa will not be bothered by anything. This is a place where life feels richer somehow, where days move slow and your time is yours to enjoy as you wish.
