Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with excellent location! To the city beach 5 minutes, to the picturesque bay of Lucice 7 minutes on foot. A modern building with an elevator is located on a flat road without lifts, which is convenient for accommodating guests of different ages. Not far from the house there is a playground, shops, cafes and the entire infrastructure of the city. The modern apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. Full kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, large refrigerator. Two full bathrooms with bathtubs. Storage cabinets. Parquet floor. Washing machine. Two terraces with mountain views and outdoor furniture. Wired internet and TV. Guests of the apartment are provided with two free parking spaces in a closed garage.

Petrovac is a picturesque cozy resort town with a developed infrastructure. Wonderful sandy beaches, comfortable for families with children. One of the most beautiful bays in Montenegro, Lucice, surrounded by pine cliffs. Mountain forest parks overlooking the sea. One of the few cities that has preserved the true Mediterranean style.
