A bright riverside one bedroom apartment with an amazing view on Moraca river, located very close to the city center, yet on a calm and safe area. The apartment includes all new appliance and is fully equipped with all required items of a household.

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, with a beautiful view on Moraca River where you can also find small markets , shops, restaurants and parks. Small market and fast food on the right side of the building. A Hotel/Restaurant in front of the building with a beautiful view on Moraca river. Restaurants, bars and fast food just 10 minutes walking. Beautiful Gorica Park just 1,5km from the bulding where you can relax, have a drink or eat.
