I am a PhD chemical engineer working as a project manager in a Danish company who likes travelling and cooking. Together with my brother Pavle we are renting out our family summer villa since 2016. We are striving every year to make it better, more beautiful and with more content, which is the reason why many of our guests regularly return. During the summer, the garden is the place where most of the activities take place. As it is situated right next to the sea under the shade of the holm oak trees, it maintains it’s own microclimate, which in combination with the sea breeze offers a pleasant chill out area even during the hottest summer days. Here, you can find beach chairs, parasols, hammock, big dining table and a barbecue kit. Тhere are also public beaches nearby: Paljuskovo and Utjeha, only 150 m and 900 m away. Kite surfing site on a sandy beach is available 30 minutes drive from the Villa. Beautiful Skadar lake is only 40 minutes drive away. There are many more lakes, beaches, bays, easy and quick to reach. Have you ever seen how sea kisses the mountains? If not, holm Oak Villa is perfect for you. You can easily travel to and hike on 2000+ meter high mountains. The closest one is Rumija with hiking trail that starts only 15 minutes drive from the villa, offering beautiful view over the sea and seaside towns. Climb also the summits of Orijen, Lovćen, Bjelasica, Komovi, Prokletije and beauty of the beauties - Durmitor.
