We bought the house last year, and we did construction and a full renovation. We yearned for someplace that is quiet, not far from the sea, and still surrounded by trees, so we can escape smog during the winter (we are residents of Sarajevo, a city in neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina). We can not use it as much as we would like therefore we invite you to enjoy this oasis. You will fall in love with this place after spending one night there.

The beaches can be reached by car approx. 3 to 5 min (parking is free) Green Beach Sutomore-1,2 km, Beach in Canj 1.5km (just through the tunnel there is no crowd on the road even in the season), and personally my favorite Perezica Do (10 min by car) if you want to experience Maldive like in Montenegro. The house is between Sutomore and Canj. 100 m before the Tunnel from Sutomore to Canj.200 meters above the local road Bar-Budva. Markets are 2 min by car. CC 1,2 Km by foot. Bar (town) is 6 km. Budva is 25 Km. Sveti Stefan is 19 km. It is desirable to use the car. Most of the parking places are free. It is also possible to rent a car or use a taxi service. Taxi charges cc. 1 eur or 1,5 eur per km. It is also negotiable. Before you enter you decide the price.
