Property information

Located in Utjeha, a few minutes from the sea, the spacious three-room apartment offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The apartment with a terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, contains three bedrooms, a living room, a flat screen TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. Our apartment is the right place for families and small groups of friends who are ready to enjoy their vacation.

Veliki pijesak beach, better known as the first category beach, is 300m away, and Mali pijesak beach is 800m away. For those who come to enjoy our tourist offer, they can visit: the old town of Bar, the olive tree, the port of Bar, the castle of King Nikola in Bar. Velika plaža in Ulcinj is 15 km away. Also Lake Skadar is 34 km from the property. The nearest airport is Podgorica, 56 km from Seaview Apartments Bonaca, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. One of the best offers in our home is renting a car, which you can use to visit all these beautiful sights.
