Sunny Bay Apartments are located 2km from the Kotor's Old Town and just 10m away from the sea of the Boka Bay. Both apartments have a terrace and a garden with a beautiful seaside view and there is a public beach nearby. The house is very authentic with stone walls and is under the protection of UNESCO.
The host is from a traditional Kotor family known for its hospitality.
Sunny Bay Apartments are just 20 m from the market and there are 4 restaurants nearby. The Old Town of Kotor is only 2 km far but Perast and Tivat Airport are 10 km away. If you enjoy fancy restaurants and beach bars, Huma Resort is only 5 mins by walk.
