Vila Rea je novi objekat zavrsen i spreman za izdavanje od sredine avgusta 2022. godine. U okviru smjestaja su dva apartmana od po 75m2. Posjeduje besplatan privatni parking, kuhinju sa mašinom za sudje, rernom, friziderom i zamrzivacem, besplatan wi-fi kao i flat-screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima. Takodje obezbijeđena je i mašina za veš, kao i besplatni peškiri i posteljina. Vila posjeduje terasu. Nalazi se na oko 3,6km od Crnog jezera, 6km od Vidikovca Kanjona Tare, dok je Most na Đurđevića Tari udaljen 14km.
