Property information

Our facility is located in a peaceful area, no noise. It is distinguished by the quality of construction, functionality and cleanliness of rooms at a high level. Nearby are shops, butchers, restaurants. The old town (center), cultural and historical attractions, the port, the Monastery Savina, the hospital is located at 10 minutes away on foot. Also, it stands close to the sea, has favorable microclimate. The building belongs to the new building. It is characterized by a complete equipment and free parking.

Neighbourhood information

Our town is known for its Festival of mimosa, which takes place in February, with popular masquerades, Days of theater in April for a period of 15 to 30 days, the film festival from August 1 to August 7, the Sunny scale music festival in June, and the various galleries and exhibitions. Herceg Novi is known as a town of artists and the place where art and culture are nurtured. Then we have Monastery Savina and great number of churches located in the municipality of Herceg Novi. In the hinterland of Herceg Novi is located the mountain of Orjen, half hour of driving. Herceg Novi has very rich and diverse flora, with many exotic species that seamen brought home from their travels. The city is recognized for a large number of beautiful gardens.
