Apartment in Villa MIramare, have a special good position, in relation to City of Kotor or toward the Bay. We are located just 10 meters from seafront, with a exceptional view over the Bay. Walking distance to UNESCO Heritage town of Kotor, Both apartments are fully equipped wit flat TV , free Internet , nice marble bathrooms. Kitchens are fully equiped . Shops and ATM machine on 200 meters. Numerous restaurants on the way to Kotor on sole 50 or 200 meters. Boat is arranged for Bay tours by owner. Rent a Car service deliver cars at Apartment. Transportation take you at Apartment by car, or Van to take you to Dubrovnik, Zabljak, Lovcen National Park or Tivat airport. Shuttle bus can pick you up at the airport Dubrovnik or Tivat or Podgorica. Clean seawater for swimming just in front of house, with nice out side showers on terrace. Sun chars and table on pier. Party with music can be arranged at Terrace Apartment. Total 6 +1 in Terrace , and 3 persons in ROSA apartment, so total of 10 persons can accommodate if you are a group and book both apartments.
I am engaged with booking and apartment in last 10 years, as it is our small family business. i completed my education in Economy in Split Croatia. I speak English, Italian and little French. We in family speak also Spanish, Portuguese and French.
We are on 1,2 km from Kotor. Seaside road is on sea level and nice for early morning jogging and walking. Walking is nice to top of fortress St, Giovanni above Kotor. Surrounding is nice and quite. Nice for swimming and sunbathing. Once you are in Kotor it is must to visit Island in front of Perast, Museums and Cathedral. Lovcen National Park and Zabljak National Park. Vists are organised to Visit Dubrovnik.
