Villa Serventi is stone house treated as a monument once it was renovated as it's building 100+ old
Fully renovated 2005, start with renting 2006
Villa is surrounded with Mediterranean courtyard that won first award in decoration 2015 and 2022 in Tivat area
We are young couple that run family business and enjoy working with people.
Clean area with unspoiled beauty and nature
Couple of monuments near by to visit, most interesting Gospa od Andjela ad Gospa od Oriza 1km far away. Kotor Old Town 12km away, Tivat and Marina Porto Montenegro 7km away.
Walking routs through forest at near by hills available for ones who look for adventure! Private profesional gide available (surcharge).
