## The neighborhood Within a 2-minute walk, you'll find a mini-market, a beauty salon, a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, a rotisserie, and many restaurants overlooking the very long beach of Orient Bay, which offers many water sports activities (kite-surfing, jet skiing, sailing). In Hope Estate, a 10-minute drive away, you'll find the large French supermarket "Super U" and in Cole Bay "Carrefour Market", mainly for American products. On the French side, Grand-Case awaits you with its gourmet restaurants. On the Dutch side, you'll enjoy casinos and other nightlife venues. ## Getting around The nearest airport, Grand Case-Espérance, is 3 km away on the French side. Princess Juliana International Airport is about 40 minutes away by car.
