Waking up to a beautiful transparent blue water with a white Caribbean sand admiring the golden sunsets in this little paradise. A very quiet residence and great neighboring. There are two big public pools that are a few meters from the sea. Entering Villa 1150, you will directly access the bottom floor bedroom. Another entrance is the top floor bedroom with stairs along the villa. Once entered you will be linked with the amazing well decorated living room along with a well-equipped kitchen. A splendid terrace with beach and pool view among beautiful sunsets, how amazing ! A private residence with a big parking lot. A remote for the entrance gate will be provided once arrived at the villa with host. VERY IMPORTANT : The price does not include the French tax. Their is a 4% tax to be added with full amount we receive on account ( does not include airbnb fees). We will send you a contract with the 4% tax TO BE PAID at arrival with host.
