Welcome to our family apartment in Makedonski Brod. Managed by two brothers whose parents built this house as part of the Macedonian tradition of creating lasting legacies for the next generations. However, as times changed, many of us, including ourselves, moved away from our hometown in search of better opportunities. But, instead of leaving our house empty, we decided to rent it out, inviting guests from around the world to truly immerse themselves in our culture and experience our living style. Makedonski Brod is an oasis, full of nature, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. It's conveniently located near Cave Peshna, a stunning natural site and cultural monument. Additionally, major cities such as Ohrid, Prilep, and Krushevo are easily accessible, making it an excellent base for exploring central and western Macedonia. The apartment is completely new and situated in the most peaceful part of the town which implies a quiet atmosphere and family sense of living. The neighborhood is safe. The apartment is on the ground floor and is currently the only unit available for rent in the building. Spanning 120 square meters, it offers stunning views of the mountains, especially from the top balcony. Furthermore, it is just a short distance from the river Treska. It features two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have balconies. The living room is equipped with a large LED TV and a wide selection of channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area comfortably seats up to eight, ideal for family dinners or social gatherings. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our yard, which is abundant with fruit trees and plants personally planted by our parents and is ideal for children to play in.

A truly authentic feature of our apartment is the garden, where we grow a variety of fruits and vegetables available depending on the season. Guests are invited to enjoy picking fresh, organic produce during their stay. The apartment is about ten minutes away on foot from the city center. Additionally, it is less than a two-minute walk to well-stocked supermarkets. Nearby, you'll also find primary and secondary schools whose yards provide free access to a futsal field, basketball court, and tennis court. Note that the tennis court requires a reservation. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the City Football Stadium, which is perfect for jogging, and close to the City Swimming Pool. In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, all furnishings and wall paintings are crafted by ourselves. We have also lovingly restored many pieces of old furniture, each with its own rich history. We invite you to stay with us, where you can enjoy a mix of traditional charm and modern comfort.
