Vila Aspen is a multi-level villa with three floors: First Floor: Fully equipped shared kitchen (oven, grill, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.), two shared WCs, and a common area with dining tables, sitting area, indoor wood-burning fireplace, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. This area can be adapted for business presentations or conferences. Second Floor: Family Room, two - Two Bedroom Apartments with Kitchenette and Balcony and one Standard Double Room. The third floor features one - Two Bedroom Apartment and one Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a large partly covered patio with tables and chairs, a garden with a BBQ grill area, hanging chairs, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, hammocks, and benches, all surrounded by majestic greenery, flowers and striking pine trees.
