The building is close to familiar tourist hotels and has several other guest houses. Has nearby convenience stores such as GS25 and CU. Bedrooms doesn’t face roads and public area, thus much quieter. During cold seasons, it is very warm and cozy. It is also perfect location for business travel as it is close to major international corporations such as Oyu Tolgoi, EY. The neighborhood is known as 220K or 220 Myangat by people from Ulaanbaatar. The neighborhood was built with the intention of hosting Soviet Era leaders and their families. Its proximity to the Sukhbaatar Square and most of city landmarks is no mistake. Today, it hosts many tourists and expats all around the year as its vibrant life makes it safer. You can walk to many major tourist attractions, shopping and dining areas. Also bus stops and taxi available nearby.
