This is a special accommodation that we know you will be pleased to stay. This property forms part of a villa and is in a great location about 200m from the seafront. It has just been refurbished inside and outside in December 2024. It has two bedrooms; one is a double with a large new double bed and has an ensuite with a shower. This bedroom opens up on to the sunfilled terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed, if required, and has a TV with Netflix and YouTube and various Apps. The twin room is next to a second bathroom with a bath/shower. The living area is spacious and bright from natural light, and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs. The living room has a TV with Netflix and YouTube, and a nice comfortable four seater sofa. The living room and kitchen open onto a large sunfilled terrace with a seaview, and a wonderful view for watching the amazing sunsets over St. Paul's Bay, especially during the Spring and Summer months The patio has chairs and a table to enjoy eating outside, and has two sunbeds while enjoying the seaview, and the sunsets, especially in the evenings during the Spring and Summer months. There is a free parking space on the front of the property for one car, and street parking outside the property too.

The villa is in a quiet location, close to the seafront, shops to walk to for ease to bring in food, many restaurants and bars to eat out, and the main Bugibba bus terminal to get around the island is just 3 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood has other villas and apartments in a one way street, so it is not busy with traffic. The walks, and views, along the promenade are wonderful at any time of day. The National Aquarium and Cafe del Mar are just 8 minute walk away, and there is a great area for swimming and sun-batheing at Qawra Point. The Classic Car Museum has an interesting range of cars and worth a visit. This is 5 minutes walk. There is a large supermarket within an 10 minute walk. The walks along the promenade in either direction are peaceful and have great seaviews. An 8 minute walk brings you to several more restaurants, and to Bugibba Square. There are businesses close-by where you can hire a car, motorcycles, bicycles or even a boat. We can help advise you.
