The building is constructed to Mediterranean/Italian style, with all apartments facing into a large internal courtyard. True to its Mediterranean and Maltese flavor, the different block main doors & balconies are all painted in bright summery colors. Ours is the typical Green Maltese Enclosed Balcony and main door is Red. Each block is furthermore called after a typical Maltese boat. Ours (Block K) is “Il-Kajjik” . There are some fantastic restaurants a short walk down to Mgarr Bay, where the Gozo Ferry docks. These restaurants are in fact very popular also with people from Malta, who take the short ferry hop over on Friday & Saturday nights
