Brand-new, with a single entrance and air conditioning. (air-condition with coin meter) Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. 1 double bed OR 2 single beds AND a sofa bed. Short walking distance to all amenities, easy to park, and bus station 1 minute away.
Since the bedroom is on a loft, the height is 6 feet and 3 inches.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
1. A copy of the guest's passport is to be provided to the property owner at least 2 days before arrival for registration and security purposes.
2. The Booking is valid only for the guest whose name appears on the passport. Substituting or changing the guest is not permitted without prior advice.
3. The apartment must not be used for any business. It is intended solely for accommodation.
