Property information
The Ivy studio suite at the Monreal Boutique Townhouse, has a beautifully finish with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioner and outdoor space. The room is located on an intermediate level between the first and second floors of the townhouse accessible via an authentic stone staircase. This typical townhouse has a fantastic finish throughout and is located in the southern harnour area of Malta, facing the beautiful basilica of the town. For guests wishing to visit historic sites, the property is just a few minutes walk to the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum and Tarxien Temples, whilst the Malta Airport are just 4km away. A convenience shop, and a shopping area/mall are within walking distance.

Located in the heart of Paola, our boutique is just steps away from the town’s lively square — a central hub where you’ll find shops, cafés, and easy connections to the rest of the island.
Paola is rich in history and culture. Within walking distance, you’ll find two of Malta’s most remarkable heritage sites: the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum, a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back over 5,000 years, and the Tarxien Temples, an extraordinary example of Malta’s prehistoric past. You can also visit the Basilica of Christ the King, one of the island’s most beautiful churches.
Exploring the rest of Malta is simple — public transport to all major destinations passes through Paola Square, so you can easily reach Valletta, the Three Cities, Rabat, Mdina Marsaxlokk, and many other attractions within minutes.
