This breathtaking penthouse, beautifully presented on the 4th floor of a new development of just 4 homes with lift. Modernly designed, the open plan living area naturally flows onto a private terrace. Just on the edge of Xaghra village close to Ramla Beach & the popular village square.Guests can also enjoy the use of the roof pool accessible by stairs. The elevated pool & deck area has sun right through from early morning until late evening & has ample comfortable sun loungers & a large parasol.
