A new ground floor apartment located in a peaceful street overlooking the valley above Ramla Bay, with a light, airy aesthetic and natural textures throughout. It has dual entrance, with the front porch leading directly to a small room with a sofa bed facing a 50" Smart TV. A spacious welcoming hallway leads onto the main bathroom, with a large walk-in rainfall shower. *NOTE There are two steps up to access this bathroom. These are the only steps inside the home. Beyond the hallway one finds the King bedroom with a 40" Smart TV and a cosy ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. As you approach the back part of the property you will find a bright open plan living with 65" UHD Android TV and fully-equipped kitchen with a corner dining nook, with the room overlooking the walled pool area. From this open plan the Queen bedroom is accessed - a tiny oasis with a nook for your clothing and luggage. Both this bedroom, the King bedroom and the living area face an internal courtyard. At the back of the unit there is a small pool and deck area, which enjoys sunshine for a good part of the afternoon. The pool is maintained all year round but is not heated for the colder months.

Our apartment is located on the edge of the picturesque hilltop village of Nadur, which leads to the popular Ramla, Dahlet Il-Qorrot and San Blas beaches, offering the opportunity for long walks to enjoy the stunning Gozo countryside all around. Nadur is home to the notoriously famous Carnival feast in February, and has a bustling village square with bars and restaurants all year round (10-15 min walk from the apartment). One of the most famous and oldest bakeries on the whole islands, Mekren Bakery (opened in 1899) is just 5 min walk away - their traditional Gozitan ftira pizza is a must-try. A number of local supermarkets are less than 10 mins walk away, some also open on Sunday mornings, with Lidl Supermarket and the capital of Victoria 7 mins away by car. Pharmacies and other necessity stores are all found in the village square. Nadur is well connected to the island's public transportation, and there is a bus stop a couple of mins walk away from us. We are a short 10-min car/taxi ride away from the ferry in Mgarr Harbour. A well-equipped children's playground is located 10 mins walk away from the apartment. The feast of Nadur ""Mnarja""is celebrated on the 29th of June.
