Free non-metered street parking lies in front of the accomodation. A parking area is 50 meters up the street. During weekday working hours, parking just in front of the accomodation can be a challenge but mostly available after a day out siteseeing. At times cars parked opposite the property can obstacle the views. MORE ABOUT THE SPACE: The property has just been completely refurbished but all the original heritage features have been kept and painstakingly restored. Beautiful stone arches. Lovely honey-coloured Maltese limestone. Although at street level the accomodation offers good privacy with double glazing in windows and reflective glass. Enjoy your reading nook to sit back and watch the world go by: people, ships, cars, cruiseliners, boats and some beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Typical Maltese neighborhood. Lovely helpful people and the bustle of Valletta is only a stone's throw away. The street is a dead end so you get the best of both worlds. This 30m2 apartment is literally sitting on top of a Valletta bastion with seaviews at street level. 50 metres down the road you will find lovely bars and restaurants. During office hours when guests are usually away on siteseeing, cars can be parked in front of the accommodation. So seaviews can be disrupted by this. However, in the late afternoons and evenings when guests are back from site-seeing, one can sit outside next to the door, or as Maltese tradition goes: temporarlily take a chair and coffee table outside next to the bastion parapet and enjoy the harbour views at sunset. The place has its own washer-dryer but there is also self-service laundry nearby as well as luggage holding facilities at City Gate. A lovely rocky beach is also available within walking distance. OTHER PROPERTY DETAILS: Due to the porous nature of Maltese globigerina limestone and the way these buildings were constructed hundreds of years ago, the honey-coloured stone walls tend to flake a little. Through the stay expect to see some tiny flakes here and there. It's part of the experience of living in an authentic Maltese townhouse in Valletta. You approach the property at street level. On entrance there is a comfy nook where you can read or watch the world go by. This then leads down with 5 steps to the to the bedroom, living, kitchen area, and bathroom. View photos on this site. From 1st January 2026: Adults: One and a half euros per person per night, capped at a maximum of ten and a half euros per person per stay. Payment is be deposited in cash by guests at the property.
