A restored 1800s town house just a few steps away from the picturesque grand harbour and from UNESCO Heritage Site, Valletta. The house has been restored to its pristine condition and is fitted with modern furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. Fully licensed under the Malta Tourism Authority and approved for short stays by the MTA, you are guaranteed a comfortable stay surrounded by all comforts.
I am a marketing manager of our family run business, running a number of retail shops selling footwear and sportswear. I am married to Max and together we have two daughters, who fill our life with joy, pride and the occasional (or rather daily) moaning. As a family we love travelling to different places and appreciate the importance of getting back to a comfortable, clean and peaceful environment after a day (or night) out. We took great care in keeping the house’s original features such as its original Maltese balcony, arches etc. We want to give you a truly "Maltese" experience by staying in a typical townhouse but with modern amenities. Hope you like it just as much as we do! If possible, either me or my husband will meet you at check-in in order to explain all amenities and on how to get around the area. We will be able to give you suggestions on places of entertainment etc. Anything you need, just call or message. We are more than happy to help where we can with both the house and any 'insider information' on our beautiful islands.
The house is located in probably the best area of Floriana, 5 minutes by foot from the capital city of Valletta and many restaurants and entertainment establishments at the Valletta Waterfront. A stone throw's away one finds a beautiful large public garden with playing ground for children. In Summer, the garden's kiosk is open daily, serving food and drinks in a beautiful open air setting. The view from the garden is unique and breath-taking. From across the road of the house one can see the majestic grand harbour. Pharmacy, polyclinic, convenience stores, bus stops and restaurants are all within walking distance. All major bus routes pass from the main street of Floriana which is a one minute walk from the house. Valletta is 5 minutes on foot away. Valletta waterfront and the Grand Harbour are 5 minutes on foot away. Fast ferry services to the three cities and to Gozo are available a 5 minute walk away from the Grand Harbour.
