Enjoy this cosy, spacious, self catered apartment with family or friends, ideally located close to the beach and all amenities (2-minute walk to beach). L'Appart 93 has recently been renovated and it is perfect to accommodate big families/groups. It has a private & secured entrance and guests will have full access to the whole of the second floor and the roof top, for complete privacy. Located on the 2 floor, L'Appart 93 features a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen, a shared bathroom, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, an air-conditioned en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a laundry room. With its rooftop access, you can enjoy the BBQ area while admiring the sunset over the lagoon or the sunrise over the mountains. *Please be advised, there is no AC in the living room but it is equipped with 2 fans. All the 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC. There will be an extra fee for EXCESSIVE use of AC!

Pointe aux Biches is a calm, safe and vibrant neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. L'Appart 93 is a two-minute walk from a taxi stand/bus stop and a supermarket nearby. You can also take advantage of nearby restaurants and bars or a take 15 min drive to Grand Baie, where you can explore the Mauritian nigh life & trendy restaurants.
