A fantastic modern apartment, in a superb location in Flic en Flac, only 2 minutes walk (50 metres) to the beach ! This exclusive property has been furnished to high standards, with French imported furnitures, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and all new modern appliances, including a washing machine for those on a longer stay or with children. This stunning location is ideally only a few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, restaurants, night clubs and local activities. The residence has a shared swimming pool, sun loungers, pool side relaxation chairs, garden area and small gym. These are all maintained with a resident on site manager. Full CCTV coverage of the residence for security and peace of mind of the residents and guests.
I am a native Mauritian who grew up in the capital, Port Louis. I moved to the UK where I lived for 25 years. I returned in 2021 with my husband and young son, to enjoy being with my family and raise our son in the multi cultural wonders that Mauritius has to offer. I am fluent in English, French, Creole and Chinese Hakkha and enjoy meeting new people from around the world.
Flic en Flac has a picturesque 3km long white sand beach and being on the west coast of the island stunning views of the evening sunset. (Have your camera ready !). There are a multitude of local shops, small supermarkets, restaurants, night clubs and beach food vendors, only a few minutes walk from the residence.
