We welcome guest to use our electric appliances on a fair use policy, however, guest leaving the Air Condition ON while they are not in the apartment will be charge an extra fees of Rs500 per day for excessive electricity usage. Air Conditioners must also be used on a fair usage policy else xtra charges may apply.
