The Villa is located in Pointe D'esny, near the historical town of Mahebourg. The large, magnificent lagoon was the point of arrival of the Dutch in 1598, which marked the beginning of settlements in Mauritius. The area has since seen several historical events such as the naval Battle of Grand Port in 1810, which led to the British taking over Mauritius, the then-French colony. The natural beauty of the surroundings, the culturally rich village of Mahebourg, and the easy access to supermarkets make this place one of the Islands best for spending holidays. Pointe d'Esny is very well connected and easy to travel from and to by car, making it ideal to plan road trips on the magnificent coastal roads to the south and the east, but also via the highway to the center and north and west of the island.
