Située sur la côte est de l’île Maurice, cette belle villa, fraichement renovée, chic, avec beaucoup de caractère et style incarne une expérience sublime dans un cadre Idéalement situé. Cette villa, pieds dans l’eau avec un bain très agréable, spacieuse, très confortable, dans un site d'exception, à Poste Lafayette, est le compromis idéal pour ceux qui rêvent d’exotisme et d’intimités. Cotzot en créole veut simplement dire ‘’chez soi’’
L'accueil de la propriétaire fait que vous vous sentirez chez vous
La villa est située à l'est de l'ile, a Poste Lafayette. Elle est moins de 10 minutes de Centre de Flacq (village ou vous trouverez tous dont ce que vous en aurez besoin (supermarché, banques, boutiques, hopital, pharmacie, station d'essence, restaurants,.....), 30 minutes de Grand Baie (la plus grande station balné aire), 20minutes de l'ile aux cerfs, 1 heure de l'aéroport et 45 minutes de Port Louis Le déplacement se fait très facilement en bus ou en voiture. Pour la voiture, il y a des parking gratuits ou payants disponible Quant au bus, l’arrêt se trouve en face de la villa et on a un bus toutes les 15 minutés
