Please note that the property is only accessible by speedboat transfer, 25 minutes from Velana International Airport. Transfers are not included in the estimated room rates.

Shared speedboat rates, inclusive of all taxes:

Adult (13 years and above): USD 289.58 per adult per way

Child (5-12 years): USD 141.57 per child per way

Child (0-4 years): Complimentary

Premium and private boat options are available upon request. Please contact the property directly with your flight details to check for pricing and availability.

CHILD POLICY:

Children under 4 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal-plan accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. Mandatory green tax of USD 12 per child per night will be charged. We are more than happy to accommodate kids below 8 years in our overwater accommodations, however, the parents will be required to sign a liability form.

Please note that there is a compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner supplement on the 24th of December and a compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner supplement on the 31st of December.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala dinner, inclusive of all taxes:

GENERAL POLICIES:

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Due to safety and privacy concerns the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited.

Our one-bedroom accommodations are only inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 people, while the family accommodations are inclusive of up to 4 people. A mandatory breakfast supplement will be charged for the additional guest as follows, inclusive of all taxes:
