The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Transfer Details:

The property can only be reached via the required combined speedboat transfer organised by Malahini Kuda Bandos.

The charges are as follows:

Speedboat: USD 85 per adult, USD 43 per child from 25 April 2025 to 31 October 2025.

Speedboat: USD 95 per adult, USD 48 per child from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.

Private speedboat: USD 1000 from 25 April 2025 to 31 October 2025.

To ensure a smooth transfer, the resort will require flight details at least three days before your arrival.

When choosing external boats during your stay, prior written permission from the resort will be required, and a docking fee of USD 300 will apply.

Please note that a Green Tax of USD 12 per child or adult, per night from 1st January 2025 onwards will apply.

Tourism Goods & Service Tax (TGST):

Room rates are in US Dollars, inclusive of a 10% service charge and 17% Tourism Goods and Services Tax (GST) from July 1, 2025, onwards.

Please note that for reservations from 1 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, for stays of 3 nights or more, a complimentary shared return speedboat transfer for a maximum of 2 adults is offered.

Please note that there are mandatory festive supplements as follows:

Christmas Gala Dinner: Applicable to all in-house guests staying at the resort on December 24, 2025.

USD 200 per adult, inclusive of taxes (12 years and older)

USD 100 per child, inclusive of taxes (2 - 11.99 years)

New Year Gala Dinner: Applicable to all in-house guests staying at the resort on December 31, 2025.

USD 350 per adult inclusive of taxes (12 years and older)
