Start your day with coffee on the patio enjoying the 7th floor ocean views, then grab one of our provided beach towels and walk just a few steps to the 3 pools, jacuzzi, or the white sand beach. After soaking up the sun, end your day back on the patio with a nice dinner cooked on the gas grill for a perfect evening with views of the pacific sunset and sounds of the waves. If amenities, cleanliness, and beachfront are important to you, welcome home!
Local attractions include premier golfing, whale watching, snorkeling, world-class dining options, nightlife, surfing, and so much more. a 5min walk down the beach is a turtle conservatory, and in high season (June - Sept) baby turtles are released by the hundreds! Endless views of the Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains await you at your 8th floor luxury modern beach front condo. Just 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to Downtown Malecón via taxi or Uber, your 1400 square feet condo (130 m2) with three bedrooms and three full size bathrooms has ample space for everyone.
