Inside the exclusive Corasol Community, this Mareazul condo provides a dream vacation! - A beachfront complex with 10k sq. ft. resort-style pool & private beach just steps away - A few minutes drive or taxi ride to 5th Ave & downtown Playa del Carmen - Corasol Beach Club next door, plus onsite dining, amenities like tennis courts & a Zen garden - Stunning 2BR condo, large private balcony with outdoor dining table - 24/7 gated community with parking onsite & fiber optic Wi-Fi for the remote worker Please note that any damaged linen or towels will have an extra cost, take good care of them. **If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed. For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 700 USD. Please note there's construction happening nearby.
