Think a short getaway or month(s) to rest/remote work or explore Baja. Open layout allows comfy lifestyle for just a couple yet can suit a gathering up to 10. -- Includes 3 bdrms + tiny bunk bdrm upstairs. + 5th separate studio bdrm on ground level with separate entrance. -- Well equipped kitchen, BBQ. --Large, level & very private patio & pool area. No shared spaces. --Ideal location. Beach, eateries, shops are all within easy walking 5 - 10 mins. Parking for 1 car only. Enjoy lush gardens and watching numerous bird types come and bathe in the fountain. Property faces East to rising sun and the patio pool area has sun most of the day. Pool has optional heating for an extra fee. --The street location is a short, quiet, residential cul de sac one block off the beaches where the resort hotels are located. Great to walk everywhere or catch a cab/Uber on the Malecon which is just a 5 min walk. Not suited for loud events. Come and enjoy!
