Reservation Policies for the villa: Tripintravel will require a prepayment at time of reservation for each villa, please note we cannot guarantee dates without payment. We do not accept cash at the property, Tripintravel will send guest an invoice to pay through Paypal. Please provide Tripintravel with your email in order to receive contract and invoice to secure your dates. After booking, Tripintravel will hold guest dates for 3 days only until payment is received, other wise dates will be cancelled by Booking, guest can request a payment date or extension any time through Booking message center
