In accordance with our standard booking policy, reservations made more than 90 days prior to arrival require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance payable upon check-in.
For reservations made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required within 72 hours of booking.
For Christmas 2025 bookings, as this is our peak business period, full payment will be required within 72 hours to confirm the reservation. This policy may also apply to other high-season dates.
To ensure the safety of both parties and to comply with local anti-money laundering regulations, we do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made securely via credit or debit card, for which a secure payment link will be provided.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with Booking's cancellation policy.
