I am a simple sailor who dropped anchor in Cancun and has come full circle, living lightly after sailing world-wide, I am cultured, conscious, cosmopolitan and breathing easy. A happy soul, I enjoy cooking healthy fare and growing all things good while I detail my casita and create new projects fired by old dreams. Well spoken in several languages including English, Spanish, and French with conversational German, Italian and Portuguese, I look forward to welcoming you and I enjoy sharing delights as the days fill up by themselves. The private park across the street is a tranquil haven as is the seaside garden and archaeological site a half mile away. The beach is in front of the gated community and offers excellent fresh seafood cuisine at local prices at several local restaurants. Pto Xtabay and Pro Santo are two of my favourites, with EL Kiosco verde a Michelin Guide member and a short walk away! Local shops, transport and an arqueológical site. All only steps away! It is a cosmopolitan barrio with a Mexican flavour, local pricing where every body still says hello as you meet on the street, or on the beach as the fishermen bring their fresh catch in every morning ... sunrises here are Magical :) Local transport is found out front, although I also recommend my trusted driver, and there is always the R1 bus that takes you through downtown, and into the tourist zone as well. Shops are all close, fresh fruit, fresh fish, and yes, even Starbucks if you must but the local joints are very good, and very cheap :) Try a slice of Mexico and let it fill your Soul & Smile every day! :)
