This moder and spacious downtown home with big swimming pool and games like foosball table and pool table will help your friends and family have the best stay in our beautiful city. It has private parking for two big cars, 4 rooms and two of them with private bathroom. Enjoy ammenities such as a BBQ after your beach day, board games, sofa beds to fit extra people, big kitchen, great light and secure gated home centrally located.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in an area with several businesses around. There is a very traditional ice crem shop next to the house. The neighbourhood is calm in general and the noise from downtown bars will not be a bother at night. You will be able to walk around and find convenience stores and places to eat that are very local style food. If you are not using a car you could use public trasnportation righ in front of the house to get you downtown. If you need we may organize transportation to pick you up at the airport. The house is located right on the corner of Lic. Primo Verdad and Juarez. There is public transportation every hour and a half right in front of the house.
