There's a full bathroom, closet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, electric coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi. Parking is private and free. The patio and street access are illuminated. The house has adequate artificial lighting for nighttime. There's a security camera on the street. It's ideal for long stays. The house is located 15 minutes from the city's historic center by car or public transportation.

Around and near the house are grocery stores, fruit stands, pharmacies, and an Oxxo convenience store. A shopping center, movie theater, Liverpool department store, and fast-food restaurants are 10 minutes away. The Monte Albán and Atzompa archaeological sites are 20 minutes away by car. There is a gas station very close to the house, and taco stands for dinner are just steps away. The city's historic center is 15 minutes away by car, where you'll find sites such as the Zócalo (main square), Santo Domingo Church, the pedestrian walkway, and the Xochimilco neighborhood, among others. You can get to the historic center by public transportation, which stops right on the corner of the house, or by taking a private taxi, either by calling or looking for one that passes near the house or on the main avenue.
