Casa Om is just a 6 minute walk from the pristine beach and 10 minutes from the kite-surfing spot. El Cuyo is part of the gorgeous Rio Lagartos Biosphere Reserve and you'll surely see and hear abundant bird-life and if you're lucky, the spectacular pink flamingos. The whole house can be booked for workshops or retreats and we work with a local partner to offer custom packages and treatments. El Cuyo is a magical beach town with good vibes and great restaurants and Casa Om is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Hi I'm Natasha, an avid traveling, kite-surfing Australian American, married to a Bulgarian with 3 children. Our family fell in love with the beauty, nature and special community that is El Cuyo and we are beyond grateful to have found a home here to share with guests. Casa Om is located in the Old Town of El Cuyo. It's a generally a very quiet town, though you should expect to hear the sounds of local family life in El Cuyo. Casa Om is a 3 minute walk to downtown, where you'll find restaurants, small mini markets and a pharmacy. It's a 6 minute walk to the beach and 12 minute walk to the kite-surfing zone. The owners are avid kite surfers and can offer information on kite-surfing in El Cuyo. El Cuyo is well known as a foodie town and for good reason! There are more than 50 restaurants in El Cuyo and most are excellent and fit into any budget! We also share our favorites and tips with our guests.
