Family home with ample parking in a residential area. We have been Airbnb hosts since 2016, giving us extensive experience in serving families and businesses. The Villafontana neighborhood is one of the first residential areas in Mexicali. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, as the house is located directly behind the military base. It's a wide street with large trees. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and everything you need to cook. Linens, comforters, and towels are washed after each guest and are of high quality. We invest heavily in providing and regularly changing linens. The house is gated. It consists of two separate spaces: the house in the front and a completely independent apartment in the back. Its location is unbeatable. The zoo is 5 minutes away. The border crossing is 8 minutes away, taking the exit and following Rio Nuevo or Calzada Presidentes for a few more blocks. The federal, municipal, and state government offices are just 8 minutes away, as is the UABC School of Accounting and Administration. A few blocks away are the famous Mexicali Hot Dogs and five Asian restaurants and cafes, among others. Just around the corner is the affordable and well-stocked Chivas Market.

It s a very quiet and safe area. It s close to the min boulevards . Near the house there is a 7 eleven and many food stands and 3 supermarkets.
