Apartment #1 is on the second floor and has an independent entrance, all doors have high security locks to guarantee the well-being and safety of guests. The apartment is comfortable, pleasant and cozy, it is fully furnished and decorated. It can host a maximum of 4 people, it has 2 rooms (one with a queen size bed and the other one with a double bed), dining room, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, ceiling fan, SmartTV, high speed WiFi and cable (includes HBO channels and HBO MAX). Towels, shampoo, liquid body soap, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap and natural water will be available (water dispenser available on the 3rd floor). The terrace and the front door of the house are the only common areas, on the terrace is the laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and sink.
