Please consider that Ocean View Suites offer partial views of the sea.

Please note that guests staying on a Saturday night may need to change rooms. Grand Residences by Royal Resorts will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with the guest to streamline this process.

At least one of the guests registered in each villa must be over 25 years old and will be accountable for the rest of the villa's occupants.

The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and Government-issued photo identification at check-in for incidental charges.

All reservations will be subject to the payment of an environmental tax, the cost of this tax will be MX $67.88 Prices are in Mexican pesos and per night per room payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check out.
