Guarantee of a quiet, quiet place with complete privacy. The space is only for you during your stay. There are no children, there are no activities that interfere with your rest area. Comfortable and pleasant space. Blackout curtains with what daylight or morning light will not bother you. All kinds of culture, tastes, preferences, ideologies will be welcome. Unbeatable location whether you come by car or also for public transport. We are sure that your experience with us will be the best.
More than two years in this project. We are a couple that have space to offer short or long stays. Our goal is to give warmth and kindness to those who are looking for a place to rest without paying hotel rates.
Safe neighborhood and communication. You can walk on foot at night without fear. Unbeatable communication: 3 large avenues 2 blocks away. 7 urban routes to anywhere in the metropolitan area. Places to take food of all prices and very close. Super market, pharmacies, convenience stores 2 blocks away. 5 minutes to reach the most important commercial and financial area in Guadalajara.
