La ubicación es buenísima, se encuentra en la parte más cálida de Avándaro con vista al lago y la villa, además de estar en una zona tranquila y segura, está a solo 3 minutos del centro de Avándaro en coche, a 5 minutos del lago y a 7 minutos de la entrada del pueblo. La sugerencia es moverse en coche, moto, bici o a pié aunque la casa está en una calle con pendiente algo inclinada.
