Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.
