The accommodation is very cozy, you will feel connected to nature with eco-chic interior design. The rooms are private with air conditioning and the common areas are shared with guests, it has all the comforts and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The area is safe, the residential has 24/7 security, access control and free private parking. We are 7 minutes by car from the airport and close to the Mayan train. The town center is 5 minutes away by car. The bus station and Zamna Tulum are a 4-minute walk away, you can also walk to the cenote corazón in 6 minutes and Ka'an Luum Lagoon is a 5-minute drive away. By car, the beaches are 10 minutes away and the ruins of Tulum are 14 minutes away. In front of the residential complex a 3-minute walk away there is a minimarket with everything you need. The complex facilities are beautiful, surrounded by nature, it has a swimming pool with hydromassage, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables in a covered area, grills in the gardens, sports areas, a yoga area and parking for bicycles, the place is really charming!

The area is quiet and safe, surrounded by cenotes and nature. The accommodation is located near the city center and the beach area. A 4min walk is the collective bus station. The residential has access control with 24 hour security. In front of the accommodation there is a mini market and next to it a seafood restaurant where on weekends live bands play. Inside the residential you can enjoy the pool, nature, grills and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Around the accommodation you will find several cenotes such as cenote corazón and the place for festivals Zamna Tulum.
