This stylish 1500 sqft apartment has 2 bed rooms with ensuite bathrooms, ultra modern kitchen with large island, formal dining table and chairs for 6 people. Aldea Zama is an exclusive neighbourhood situated close to the beach and the town centre. The building, Watal Tulum, has 26 private residences. We are located on the ground floor, giving you privacy with our tropical garden and easy walkout to the private patio jacuzzi, outside bar area and swimming pool. Kukulkan avenue and Boca Paila Roads go directly to the beach. By bicycle its a 15 minute ride to the beach (2 bikes included in the airbnb price) and 5 minutes to the town centre. Aldea Zama has really good restaurants and we are a short 10 minute walk from the restaurants and commercial zone. There is also a local cenote for swimming which is across the street from the Watal building. A nice, safe and beautiful neighbourhood, fully paved. Building has a Gym and business centre.
